Clean filters without the dish pit.
A filter exchange program that takes greasy hood filters out of your kitchen and returns them cleaned.

Hood Filter Exchange across the Southwest.
Grease filters are the first thing the exhaust stream hits, and they load up fast in a busy kitchen. Cleaning them in-house means a greasy job in the dish area on top of everything else the kitchen has to do.
CRC's hood filter exchange handles that work outside your kitchen. Filters are picked up, cleaned through a five-step process and returned, so the hood keeps catching grease the way it is meant to between full exhaust cleanings.
Setting up an exchange
Tell CRC how many hoods and filters you have and how hard the kitchen runs, and the exchange can be set up to suit it. CRC also sells replacement filters, including Type I, Type II and Type III hood filters, if any of yours are damaged.
A filter exchange works alongside regular exhaust cleaning. It does not replace cleaning the plenum, ductwork and fan, which NFPA 96 covers on its own schedule.
