Grease filters

Rooftop grease containment
Containment for the grease that escapes the exhaust fan, from every major manufacturer. NFPA 96 requires it, not to exceed 3.8 liters (1 gallon).

Grease cups for the corners of the hood, where they catch grease running off the hood.
Hinge kits and cable stops
Upblast and downblast dome fans are required to have hinges. CRC sells and installs hinge kits and cable stops.
