Fans that open safely and roofs that stay clean.
Hinge kits, cable stops and rooftop grease containment for kitchen exhaust fans, supplied and installed by CRC.

Fan Hinge Kits & Grease Containment across the Southwest.
The exhaust fan on the roof has to be opened to be cleaned. NFPA 96 requires upblast and downblast dome fans to have hinges (8.1.6.3.2), so the fan can tip open on a hinge instead of being lifted off and set down on the roof. A hinge kit protects your investment in the fan, and CRC sells and installs cable stops to go with it.
Grease that escapes the fan lands on the roof. NFPA 96 requires a grease containment system for that, sized so it does not exceed 3.8 liters (1 gallon) (8.1.4.6). CRC is a distributor for every major rooftop grease containment manufacturer and sells drip cups as well.
Getting the fan up to code
The exhaust fan is part of every CRC exhaust cleaning, and deficiencies in the system are photographed and reported. If the fan is missing a hinge kit or the roof has a grease problem, CRC can quote the fix.
If you already know your fan needs a hinge kit or containment, call (602) 454-6790 and CRC will quote the parts and the install.
